Marsh Meanders: (Grades 4 to 7)
    Who cares about that muddy marsh? What does it do for me? Through a discussion of natural filtration, biodiversity, and reproductive habitat, students will learn the value of clean water and the importance of the Hamilton/Trenton Marsh to the Delaware River and the people of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This 1 1/2 hour field hike will introduce the students to the abundance of life found at the marsh.
Counting on People: (Grades 4 - 7)
How many people share my birthday? Participants will learn the basics of human population. Through active participation they will discover some negative effects of human impact and the positive changes possible.
